Biography

Samantha R. Corson represents clients in a range of environmental transactional, regulatory counseling and compliance matters. Samantha focuses her practice on the representation of developers and corporations in connection with the acquisition, development, transfer, financing and sale of contaminated real estate, including complex project redevelopments, environmental liability transfers and the mitigation of environmental risk. She also represents clients in connection with hazardous waste, water quality, toxics, Superfund enforcement and other environmental enforcement and compliance issues. Samantha has developed and presented programs on a variety of topics related to environmental issues. She is certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
