Samantha Sherwood Bononno is an Associate in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents management in all types of employment litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies including claims involving Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and Section 1981.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Bononno was an Associate with a Pennsylvania employment and labor boutique firm where she regularly defended clients in both litigation and administrative proceedings.
While attending law school, Ms. Bononno served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Paul F. Lutty, Jr. of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas and also worked as a Claimant Representative with the University of Pittsburgh School of Law Unemployment Compensation Practicum. She also served as Research Editor for the Pittsburgh Tax Review. Ms. Bononno received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the study of Estates and Trusts and was a George Bloom Scholarship Recipient.
