Jacob concentrates his practice in the areas of tort, insurance and business litigation law. He has successfully represented a wide range of insurance and business clients in trials, arbitrations and administrative hearings and has achieved favorable settlements of lawsuits in hundreds of cases. He has achieved defense or favorable verdicts in many personal injury defense trials/arbitrations; has represented numerous clients in litigation involving real estate construction disputes, including claims regarding million-dollar homes; and has prosecuted and defended numerous appeals with issues ranging from uninsured motorist claims to future damages under Missouri law.
