Samuel Jay Levine is a former adjunct professor of immigration law and international law at Syracuse University College of Law. He has conducted seminars on immigration law in the United States and in 12 foreign countries. His teaching experience shows in the way that he explains the law in clear and understandable terms, enabling clients to make informed decisions.

Samuel Jay Levine, the senior partner of Levine & Associates, has more than 37 years of experience in U.S. immigration and international business law. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar since 1973, the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Inter-American Bar Association, and the World Jurist Association.
After graduating from the University of Rochester in 1969, Mr. Levine attended Syracuse University College of Law, where he received a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with an academic award in 1972. To enhance his understanding of international law, he has also completed advanced legal coursework in the Netherlands and in Israel.
He clerked for the Hon. John Garrett Penn, then at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia in 1973-74. He later returned to Syracuse University to teach immigration law and international law as an adjunct professor.
Mr. Levine is listed by the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and in the National Directory of Who's Who in Executives and Professionals.
