Over the years, we have earned a reputation as one of the top trial firms in Arizona. Founding partner, Frank A. Parks, was one of the first attorneys in Arizona to devote his practice to defending physicians and other healthcare providers. We have continued that tradition and now Sanders & Parks boasts one of the largest and most well-respected medical malpractice litigation groups in Arizona.

Sanders & Parks was formed in 1973 when James A. Teilborg, Frank A. Parks, and Richard B. Sanders pooled their considerable talents and experience to invent a new approach to legal representation: providing top-quality representation with bottom-line efficiency. Although our firm has grown considerably, we have remained committed to the principles of integrity, effectiveness, and client service first announced by our founding fathers over thirty-six years ago. Those principles have served us well.

Sanders & Parks is proud that several of our attorneys have assumed positions as state and federal judges. One of our founding partners, James A. Teilborg, was appointed by President William Jefferson Clinton to serve as a federal district court judge for the District of Arizona. Another of our early leaders, John Gemmill, now sits as a judge on the Arizona Court of Appeals. Still another of our former attorneys, James M. Marlar, accepted a position as a judge in Federal Bankruptcy Court. We are proud of our attorneys who have taken the bench. We are also proud of the strong tradition that Sanders & Parks has established as a training ground for the future leaders of the legal community.
