Santamarina y Steta, S.C. was founded in 1947 and maintains offices in Mexico City, Monterrey and Tijuana, Mexico. This is one of the few full service law firms in Mexico. The Firm is constituted by 23 partners who practice in different legal areas, supported by more than 80 attorneys fully devoted to the practice of law. All such attorneys have a law degree from Mexican universities and are licensed to practice law throughout the country. A number of them have done postgraduate work in the United States and Europe and have participated in exchange programs with foreign law firms. Additionally, the Firm receives constant advice from its of counsel, Mr. Agustin Santamarina V., one of the most respected business lawyers in Mexico. In addition to partners and associates, the Firm maintains more than 40 law students working part time in basic legal matters, always under the supervision of a partner or a senior associate, as well as other support staff available for allocation as required in each assignment.
