Experience: Sarah's experience began as a law student clerk for the Osceola County Attorney's Office. She entered the GrayRobinson, P.A. public law practice group in 2005. Her practice area is concentrated on dealing with local governments on behalf of private clients, including zoning, planning and development matters - permitting, comprehensive planning, developer's agreements and developments of regional impact. She also represents numerous governmental entities. She develops and implements ordinances, prepares and responds to public records requests, and advises clients how to comply with Florida's Sunshine Law. She has extensive knowledge of Florida's Growth Management Act, the Code of Ethics, and the Community Redevelopment Act. Sarah currently serves as the assistant attorney for the Town of Windermere and the assistant general counsel for the City of Kissimmee Community Redevelopment Agency. Sarah's governmental practice also focuses on the representation of special districts. Sarah has also developed expertise in the area of charter schools. Sarah assists clients in all aspects related to the creation and opening of charter schools and negotiating charter school contracts with local school boards.
