Sarah is an associate practicing in the areas of public finance, securities and general corporate law in the New York office. Sarah serves as bond counsel and disclosure counsel in all types of taxable and tax-exempt financings, including issuances of Build America Bonds and Recovery Zone Economic Development Bonds. Sarah has experience advising governmental entities, 501(c)(3) organizations and corporations in matters related to the federal securities laws, general corporate governance, and public and private offerings.
Sarah was recognized by the Firm for her pro bono efforts in drafting a brief of amicus curiae in an appeal of an administrative decision related to the eligibility of aliens for state medical benefits, which was decided in Florida's First District Court of Appeal.

Sarah served as a federal judicial intern in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and as Senior Notes & Comments Editor of the University of Miami Law Review. Sarah interned for two years with the Center for Ethics & Public Service at the University of Miami School of Law, where she was awarded a Fellowship Prize for excellence in public service.
