As a member of the Real Estate, Development & Construction industry group, Sarah assists clients in obtaining and utilizing various incentives that fill financing gaps and allow otherwise unfeasible development projects to come to fruition. Sarah has represented clients on numerous redevelopment projects that have had a transformative impact on the St. Louis region and many of which incorporated federal and state historic tax credits, brownfield tax credits, and new markets tax credits, as well as local incentives such as TIF, tax abatement or Chapter 100 financing, and community improvement districts and transportation development districts. She also counsels clients on a variety of real estate issues related to the purchase and development of property.

Represented developer in public financing, which included a $202 million Chapter 100 bond financing and an $18.5 million Transportation Development District bond financing, for a new office tower.
•Represented municipality on approximately $7 million Tax Increment Financing.
•Represented two neighborhoods in the creation of neighborhood Community Improvement Districts with combined annual revenue of approximately $700,000.
•Represented developer regarding approval of $27.8 million Tax Increment Financing from the City of St. Louis.
•Represented non-profit regarding the construction of a new facility and $13 million in New Markets Tax Credit financing and $5 million of traditional construction debt.
