Experience Sarah joined the firm's employment law department in 2008. Her practice places an emphasis on the representation of employers and management, and she often assists her clients with the handling of those day-to-day issues that arise in the employment and business contexts. She is well-versed in the handling of various employment matters, including, but not limited to, employment contract and non-competition disputes, sexual harassment suits, discrimination suits, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. Background Sarah is a long-time resident of the Orlando area who originally began her practice in corporate and business law after graduating from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2001. In 2004, Sarah began working for Moran & Shams, P.A., where she practiced in commercial litigation and employment law.
