Investment Funds and Structures

The Labour Law department advises French companies, foreign companies based in France as well as senior executives in all areas of labour and social security law, whether for HR matters or litigation.
Advising companies
The Labour Law department provides HR and legal support in connection with working time, variable remuneration, the renegotiation of labour-related agreements and collective redundancies. It advises clients on the labour consequences of company reorganisations and helps them in their dealings with staff representative bodies.
