Saul Ewing's Litigation Department works on behalf of national, regional, and local individuals and entities involved in court proceedings in the Mid-Atlantic region. We represent plaintiffs and defendants in cases including civil rights, construction, criminal defense, mass torts and media defense. Experience is a major factor when choosing a litigator. Saul Ewing's Litigation Department consists of more than 90 lawyers with a range of backgrounds, many with substantial in-court experience. For example:
