The permanent monitoring of new situations, and of the changes that these ones cause on the legal superstructure allow us to give a responsible advice based on serious and privileged information, essential when having to decide strategies in a modern company.

The third area analyzes the company phenomenon from the point of view of the economic and countable science. This way, an old flaw on business advice is saved, accepting the need of an interdisciplinary approach of all the factual matters that arise.

The fourth aims to satisfy an urgent need in the company management, which is to optimize the treatment and recovery of doubtful portfolios. To achieve this it has been created the management area, with a strong investment in last generation technological equipment and a highly specialized staff, to cash doubtful portfolios from financial institutions and national companies and from Uruguay, which deal with high levels of default.
