In addition to representing unions and benefit plans in all aspects of state and federal labor and employee benefits law, we also provide the full range of legal services required by those organizations, including representation in real estate and business matters. The firm also represents individual plaintiffs in actions arising under state and federal civil rights law, ERISA, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and other state and federal laws governing employment and we also practice in the area of political campaign finance law.
