Scott is an associate in the Business Law Department. He represents public and private companies, private equity firms and investors in a broad range of strategic transactions. His practice focuses on private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting compliance and general corporate representation.
Before Edwards Wildman
Prior to joining the firm, Scott attended Suffolk University Law School where he served as Chief Managing Editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review. Scott also participated in the 2011 Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot competition hosted by King's College London. Before law school, Scott worked in marketing and communications on behalf of various for-profit and non-profit entities in New York and Massachusetts.

Away from his law practice, Scott enjoys spending time outdoors, preferably in the White Mountains or the Adirondacks. He is an avid film fan and enjoys cooking and spending time with family.
