Scott Cofer is the Managing partner of the Sacramento law firm of Greve Clifford Wengel & Paras LLP. Scott Cofer has been a partner since 1995, having joined the Greve Clifford firm in 1986. Scott's practice includes advising and representing individual, business, construction, design professional, real estate, and non-profit related clients. His practice actively involves most aspects of business, contract, corporate, construction, design professional, real estate, and non-profit law, and includes business counseling and formation, contract analysis, contract negotiation, construction and design professional claims and other aspects of civil litigation involving these practice areas. In twenty-five years of law practice, Scott's clients have ranged from individual and small business clients, to large local, regional and national private sector, non-profit and public entity clients. Scott earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from California State University, Sacramento in 1982, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1985.
