Areas of Practice Scott Campbell represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, commercial leases and subleases, construction and permanent financing, portfolio analysis, securitization, and loan workouts and restructuring. He represents numerous commercial banks and institutional lenders in real estate finance transactions, including Wells Fargo Bank, Key Bank, Washington Federal Savings and The Lincoln National Life Insurance Company. He serves on the firm's Opinion Committee and has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating opinion letters in multi-state transactions. Scott's experience includes office buildings, retail projects, multifamily, office/warehouse, industrial property and timberlands. He is particularly experienced in retail lease and finance matters throughout the country.
