| Biography | Scott W. Carbone is a senior litigation associate in the Labor Relations and Employment Department defending Employment Practice Liability and Directors & Officers claims through insurance coverage. He has extensive experience litigating employment discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and other employment-related cases before federal and state courts and administrative proceedings before the EEOC and other federal, state, and local fair employment practice agencies. He provides clients with day-to-day management counseling on a wide range of employment issues, including employee policies, contracts, discipline, terminations, leaves of absence, accommodations, complaints, investigations, benefits, company reorganizations, and executive compensation. He also represents employers in labor-management disputes, including grievance arbitrations. Mr. Carbone received his Bachelor of Science degree from the College of New Jersey and his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. While attending law school, he was a member and editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey. Mr. Carbone is resident in the New Jersey office. |
