Selmer D. Lutey

Selmer (Sal) D. Lutey primarily practices in the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, business, and real estate law. Mr. Lutey received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 1965 and a Masters Degree in Business Administration in 1967 from the University of Utah. He received his law degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1971 and was admitted to the Arizona Bar and the United States Tax Court the same year, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2001. Mr. Lutey’s outside interests include fly-fishing and shooting sports, and he has traveled to many destinations including Africa and South America in pursuit of those interests.
