| Biography | Ms. Passley was born in Eunice, New Mexico. After graduating from Ft. Hays State University (B.A., cum laude, 1971) and University of Tulsa (J.D., 1990), she was admitted to the Bar in 1990. Ms. Passley's practice areas include Civil and Commercial Litigation, Employment Law and Litigation, Insurance Law, Commercial Law and Transactions and UCC Law. Ms. Passley currently serves on the Boards of Directors of the Tulsa Economic Development Corporation and the Tulsa Executive Exchange, of which she is the Past President. She is a long-time member of the Tulsa County Bar Association Fee Arbitration Committee and is Past Chair of that Committee. She is a member of the Council Oak/Johnson-Sontag Chapter of the American Inns of Court. Ms. Passley is an active member of her church where she serves as a teacher and member of the Finance and Personnel Committees. |
