Currently subcontract with the HUD closing Attorney for West Tennessee to close Hud REO properties in the Jackson, Tennessee area. From 1986-present-Closes residential real estate transactions for the City of Jackson, Tennessee's Community Development Office, its Jackson Housing Authority sales and purchases, and Affordable Housing CDC sales and purchases. Also closes for most Banks and other Lenders in the Jackson, Tennessee, area. Has Experience in FHA and Conventional closings.
