Intellectual Property - Shibolet's IP team's lawyers are experts in transactional IP as well as negotiations, due diligence and protection of IP rights. Life Science - This field has been developing significantly over the past years as a result of the Office of the Chief Scientist allocating a greater part of its' budget to fund life science projects. Shibolet initiated a forum, together with Ernst & Young and the ILSI, which has in the past years held numerous sessions for managers of life science companies. This forum has now become a staple of the industry.
Agritech and Water - The firm has recently established a practice group dealing with water treatment and agricultural technologies. This is an offshoot of the Cleantech practice and is expected to develop along similar lines to the Cleantech practice.
Pro bono - The firm contributes to organizations and projects that assist the underprivileged. The firm provides legal services to the following organizations: Shiur Acher (A Different Lesson); The Youth Villages of Ramat Hadassah and Kiryat Yearim; The Israel Spirit - United Israel Appeal; and the Raanana Symphonette Orchestra.
