About this office:
Smith & Smith, Attorneys is committed to providing professional legal service at a reasonable cost. Personal service is foremost in our approach to client representation. We seek to obtain prompt conclusion of cases by settlement, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or trial by providing only those services which will accomplish the desired goals in the most efficient manner. The firm has a full array of litigation support services and technology, including computerized legal research facilities, Internet access and E-mail. Word processing and computerized time and billing resources provide administrative support. Services which must be provided by others outside the firm (i.e., photographic duplication, private investigators, serving of subpoenas, etc.) are undertaken in the most cost-effective manner.
We believe in the personal, competent and efficient handling of all cases with emphasis on providing prompt professional legal service at a reasonable cost. Every effort is made to control overhead and expenditures in order to offer our clients consistent rates as our approach is focused on early evaluation and action. We avoid unnecessary delays and work hard to bring matters to prompt resolution.
We are committed to providing employees and applicants equal employment opportunity without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, veteran status, medical condition, disability status, or sexual orientation as required by law.
