He represents and counsels national and regional real estate developers, lenders, landlords, and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions and sales; office, retail, industrial and ground leases; construction and permanent financing; drafting and reviewing purchase contracts, loan commitments, loan documents, title documents, partnership, shareholder, limited liability and joint venture agreements, easements and construction contracts. In addition to his real estate practice, he has litigated complex civil cases before federal and state courts throughout the U.S. These cases cover a broad range of matters, including real estate and land use issues, business and other commercial disputes, intellectual property, and employment and labor cases. |
