Stan Weiner has substantial experience representing corporate clients in complex labor and employment matters. His practice includes the defense of employers in class and individual litigation relating to wage-hour, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, and retiree medical, pension, and other employee benefits. He also represents employers in litigation involving trade secrets, employee raiding, and noncompetition agreements. Stan regularly represents employers in union-management relations matters, including NLRB proceedings, collective bargaining negotiations, union corporate campaigns, labor arbitration proceedings, and litigation, including collective bargaining agreements. He also counsels clients on issues arising in mergers, sales, and other corporate transactions.
