He is expert at handling problematic credit situations and implementing corporate turnaround projects (rationalization, restructuring etc.). Stephan J. Bultmann also advises investors, property management companies and home operators on contract drafting in relation to senior citizen accommodation (nursing and residential homes offering assisted living, etc.).
