Stephanie Massey serves as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel and borrower's counsel in several states in connection with the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable revenue bonds for governmental entities and in conduit issuer transactions (including pooled borrowings) for nonprofit institutions including hospitals, colleges, private secondary schools and cultural and other institutions. Ms. Massey frequently represents borrowers in connection with the bond counsel role. She also has significant experience with bond financings for solid waste disposal companies nationally. Ms. Massey's finance experience includes drafting and reviewing complex loan and trust agreements and master indentures, including multi-modal structures with various forms of credit enhancement, public offering documents and closing documentation and reviewing swap documents.
