Stephanie L. Adler-Paindiris is a Principal and Litigation Manager in the Orlando, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She is Co-Leader of the firm's Class Actions and Complex Litigation practice group. Her practice focuses exclusively on the representation of employers at the trial and appellate level in state and federal courts, as well as proceedings before administrative judges and agencies.
Ms. Adler-Paindiris has conducted over a dozen trials before juries and judges in state and federal courts. In addition, Ms. Adler has participated in arbitrations and administrative hearings before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings. Ms. Adler-Paindiris has successfully defended appeals before many federal appellate courts.
Ms. Adler-Paindiris also provides on-going legal support and counsel on a daily basis for many of her clients. She routinely provides training to managers and supervisors in all areas of employment law, including but not limited to, supervisory training, sexual and racial harassment prevention, disciplinary practice, documentation policies, safety and disability management.
While attending law school, Ms. Adler-Paindiris was a member of the trial team competing in the National Trial Competition. Her team placed first in the region and competed in the national finals in San Antonio, Texas. She has received awards from the New York Bar Association in connection with her participation in the National Trial Competition.
Ms. Adler-Paindiris maintains a strong interest teaching trial advocacy skills to high school students through local trial competitions. At the 1997-1998 New York State Bar Association Mock Trial Competition, she was an Attorney Coach for the team that won First Place in the Monroe County Competition and Region I - Western New York, and Second Place in the State of New York.
