| Biography | Stephanie Leung is an associate in the Edmonton office of Davis LLP where she practices in the corporate/commercial area, working primarily with David J. Stratton, Q.C. and Rachel Hamilton. Ms. Leung joined Davis as a summer student in 2007, articled with the firm in 2009 and joined the firm as an associate in 2010.
Ms. Leung has experience in the areas of commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, asset purchase transactions, secured lending matters and construction matters.
Ms. Leung received a Bachelor of Science, graduating with distinction, from the University of Alberta in 2006. She attended law school at the University of Western Ontario, receiving a Bachelor of Laws in 2009.
