Stephen A. Rothschild regularly counsels clients regarding trust and estate planning, probate and trust administration and charitable giving. He also represents clients in related litigation including will contests, intentional interference with inheritance claims, contested guardianships and claims involving trustees and other fiduciaries.

He also has extensive experience in representing individuals, businesses and banks in complex commercial disputes throughout the country involving product liability claims, including product safety claims involving the Consumer Product Safety Commission, FINRA complaints against brokers, breach of contract claims, post-closing purchase price adjustments, employment claims, fraud, employee dishonesty claims, business torts, theft of trade secrets, copyright and trademark claims and commercial evictions Steve currently serves as outside general litigation counsel for an S&P 500 company and previously served as Regional Counsel for product liability claims for a major U.S. tire manufacturer.
