Steve joined the firm in 2005, after 15 years as Vice President and General Counsel to Bearich Management Company, a real estate management and development organization with a portfolio of 2 million square feet in Northeast Ohio. Steve's law firm experience includes private practice and associations with two Cleveland law firms. Throughout his professional career, Steve has concentrated his practice in the areas of real estate, corporate (closely held), business and contract law. Steve's real estate experience includes negotiation and preparation of industrial, commercial and residential leases and pur-chase agreements and handling ancillary matters such as real estate tax complaints, workouts, landlord-tenant disputes, se-cured transactions and municipal regulation matters.
