Stephen Furlan is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault's Financial Services Group in Toronto. He carries on a practice focused on project finance and secured lending. Mr. Furlan regularly advises lenders with respect to project financing transactions. He has acted as lead counsel for lenders on the project financing of power projects and public private partnership infrastructure financings.
