Stephen L. Dugas joined Margolis Edelstein in 2006, opening the firm's Central Pennsylvania office in Hollidaysburg. In over thirty-five years of experience, Mr. Dugas has appeared before judges and juries in Blair, Cambria, Huntingdon, Fulton, Bedford, Somerset, Indiana, Westmoreland, Clearfield, Centre, Mifflin, Clinton, Cameron, Jefferson, Elk, McKean and Potter Counties. In addition, Mr. Dugas has represented employers and Workers Compensation insurers throughout the same geographical area, regularly appearing before Workers Compensation Judges in Altoona, Johnstown, Clearfield, State College, Williamsport and Brookville.

Mr. Dugas handles a broad range of defense litigation, including premises liability, automobile and truck accidents, products liability, first party insurance litigation, Workers Compensation claims, Uninsured and Underinsured Motorists claims, coverage disputes, and "bad faith" claims. He has also represented employers in age and sex discrimination claims as well as actions arising out of the ADA.
