We litigate. That's all we do. In Federal and State Courts in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, or wherever you or your company have been sued. We tried our first case to a 12 person jury in 1967 (we won) and have been helping individuals and companies resolve civil matters ever since. To this day we remain aggressive and focused on the goal, to get the largest award possible when prosecuting cases and to pay the minimum amount when defending. We evaluate cases and tell our clients honestly how good or bad circumstances are and then we go to work to improve the situation.
