During his approximately forty year career, Steve has represented major manufacturing companies, real estate developers, business owners, legal professionals, medical professionals and individuals. His legal practice has covered a vast range of litigation matters including business, real estate, boundary encroachment and easement disputes, corporate and partnership disputes, attorney-client fee disputes, insurance and other civil disputes from inception through trial. Steve also has considerable experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and settlement conferences.
In more recent years, Steve has represented property owners and developers obtaining a variety of approvals from various governmental agencies and city councils. Steve?s background as having served for many years as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Beverly Hills and thereafter, having been elected to the City Council and appointed Mayor, has provided him with the background, vast experience and important relationships to assist his clients in what is often a daunting process. Steve has also served as an Arbitrator for the California State Bar, Los Angeles County Bar and the Beverly Hills Bar Associations in connection with attorney-client fee disputes and, as a result of this experience, has represented both clients and law firms in connection with resolving such disputes. |
