Mr. Wiegand is an associate in the firm's Environmental Section. His practice involves permitting, compliance, transactional, and litigation issues. In law school he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola Law Review. Prior to joining Liskow & Lewis, Mr. Wiegand served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ivan L.R. Lemelle, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
