Steven Clark has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts since 1980. He represents clients in business and commercial litigation, construction, employment and labor law, products liability, and general civil litigation. Clark also assists clients in the drafting of business agreements, and the acquisition and sale of assets. Clark lectures and writes on subjects including business entity considerations, trade secrets, non-competition agreements, partnerships, and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Has achieved the highest rating for legal ability in Martindale-Hubbell.
