Steven E. Gross is Chairman of the Firm. He is also Co-Chairman of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group within the Firm. His practice is international in scope with major client representation and transactional matters conducted across the United States. The Firm's banking practice involves the representation of institutional creditors in public and private debt financings, workouts and creditors' rights matters. Mr. Gross counsels public companies and senior executives in M&A transactions and securities offerings involving multi-million dollar transactions. In addition, Mr. Gross advises boards of directors and senior executives on current issues such as fiduciary duties, corporate compliance and government regulatory matters.
