Steven H. Davis

Mr. Davis is chairman of Dewey & LeBoeuf. He formerly was the head of the firm's energy and utility practice and works primarily with companies active in the energy industry, including electric and gas companies, and independent power producers. Mr. Davis advises US and non-US clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He has also worked in bankruptcy proceedings involving energy companies and has provided restructuring advice for utilities and independent power producers.

Mr. Davis has represented clients in proceedings before state and federal regulatory agencies and has appeared in federal and state courts as trial and appellate counsel.
