Steve Roy is a member of the firm's Tax, Estate Planning, and Employee Benefits Department and practices in the area of taxation law. Steve is a frequent speaker on the taxation of non-profit organizations, the taxation of limited liability companies and other flow-through entities, and on the taxation of corporate reorganizations in Iowa.
