Steven Lenkowsky is counsel in the New York office of Cadwalader. His practice is concentrated in the areas of equipment and facility financing in the public and private sectors, financial instruments and insurance products structuring, international trade regulation and trade sanctions, exotic asset securitization, and bank lending.
A magna cum laude graduate of Brandeis University, Steve received his J.D. degree from Boston College Law School where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Boston College Industrial and Commercial Law Review. Steve has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Webb Institute Graduate School of Ocean Technology. Steve joined the firm as an associate in 1976, was a partner from 1985 to 1995, and has been counsel since 1997.
