| Additional Bio Details | Mr. Falk focuses his practice in matters involving community association law (condominium, homeowners and cooperative associations) and country club law. He has counseled over 300 community associations and clubs since 1992 regarding all aspects of their operations, including collections, compliance with the Florida Condominium Act, Florida Homeowners Association Act, Florida Cooperative Act and other Federal and Florida statutes and regulations, document amendments, loans and lines of credit, covenant enforcement, interaction with the Division of Florida Condominiums, HUD complaints, mediation and arbitration, preparation and review of vendor contracts and interpretation of governing documents. He has represented numerous communities in connection with the transfer of control from the developer.
