As co-chair of the Transportation, Cargo and Logistics practice and head of Wilson Elser's national emergency response team, Stuart Miller focuses on transportation matters, frequently involving himself in pre-suit liability investigations and determination of causation. He also enjoys a well-earned reputation in retail and restaurant defense, helping to manage and mitigate related risks and proactively resolving litigation. A trusted advocate and formidable adviser to several Fortune 500 companies and other prominent self-insureds, Stuart tackles each case with immense enthusiasm, backed by the stamina to take it to successful conclusion.
