With our consolidated international network, we assist our clients since 1997 in matters of international transactions and contracts, company and corporate law, aviation and shipping. The litigation and tax departments take care of the interests of insurance groups, banks and companies throughout the Italian territory. Cost controlling and personal touch with clients are substantial in the firm's policy. The successful trainee program allows the firm to host about 10 foreign young lawyers per year.

The litigation department takes care of the interests of Insurance Groups, Banks, and Companies in the major part of the Italian territory. A new branch in Shanghai is now active, with Italian and Chinese lawyers, to assist the clients in the Asian market.
