Philosophy

To support this commitment, our Diversity Committee coordinates with practice group leaders, Firm committees and internal departments. The Diversity Committee also has a mandate to continually improve the effectiveness of Firm programs to attract, mentor, retain and assist in the advancement of our lawyers.

Our Diversity Management Department, led by Special Counsel and Director of Diversity Alphonzo Grant, is charged with developing, implementing and coordinating diversity and inclusion initiatives, events and programs.
