Susan Siebert represents clients in a broad variety of lending and financing transactions, including both syndicated and single-lender transactions, many with cross-border aspects. Her practice includes acquisition financings, recapitalizations, and cash flow leveraged, asset-based, and other capital markets transactions. Susan also represents clients in workouts and restructurings of troubled credits. Her clients include banks, finance companies, hedge funds, and private equity funds. She has specific industry experience in many industries, including sponsor finance, health care, mining, media and telecommunications, staffing, restaurants, and retail.
Susan is a frequent speaker in the area of banking and finance; she is a member of the Commercial Finance Association (and serves on its Education Foundation Board and Syndicated ABL subcommittee), Turnaround Management Association, and the Boston Club. She serves on the national board of Citizen Schools, on the boards of the Pine Street Inn (New England's largest nonprofit serving the homeless), and the City Year Boston Seven Generations Board.
