We are focused on maintaining diversity in the firm long-term. Our recruiting committee members participate in the New Mexico Bar Association's 1L Minority Clerkship Program, and talk to and meet with local chapters of the Black Law Student Association, Mexican-American Law Student Association, Native American Law Student Association & LAMBDA.
We strongly encourage attorneys to engage in community work with minority community programs. Our attorneys consistently serve on state and national bar committes for minorities and diversity and coach the state bar's Indian Law Section's high school outreach.
