She has experience in the representation of commercial real estate developers in acquisition, construction and leasing projects. Suzanne has represented secured lenders in a wide variety of lending transactions, including construction, refinancing and permanent loans involving office, warehouse, manufacturing, retail and residential transactions. Among the many major real estate transactions with which Suzanne has been involved are: · Representation of the purchaser in connection with the acquisition of a former department store building and the subsequent development of that building into over 530,000 rentable square feet of Class A office space. · Representation of the landlord in lease negotiations with a Fortune 250 company seeking a corporate headquarters for its North American division, with a rental value in excess of $100 million. · Representation of a landlord in negotiations for a build-to-suit project to house a Fortune 100 company's business service center. · Representation of the developer of a large industrial park in many construction and permanent loans with several layers of subordinate debt. · Representation of a commercial real estate lender in a variety of construction financing transactions related to the development of several high-profile projects. · Representation of the developer in the acquisition of several farmland tracts and the subsequent development of a semi-private 18-hole golf course.
