Biography

Suzanne Palms helps clients with state and local tax matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Suzanne was a graduate fellow at the Council On State Taxation (COST) where she worked directly with COST attorneys in reporting and responding to significant administrative, judicial and legislative developments throughout the country. Before her legal career, she served as a certified public accountant at a Big Four accounting firm, where she prepared and reviewed federal and state tax returns and provisions and assisted clients with state income/franchise tax planning.
