About this office:
In 1983, Andries J. Swaen started his career as an attorney-at-law in Aruba. He founded and established in 1985 the firm "Advocatenkantoor mr. A.J. Swaen N.V.", in Aruba's capital city of Oranjestad. Since then, he has represented individual and corporate clients, both from Aruba and around the world, in general law issues, gaining respect in the Aruban community and beyond.
In 1996 and 1997, he was joined by Lisette N. Buckley and Desiree A. Passchier-Swaen, who four years later became his partners in the firm. In 2002, associate Ivi M.M. Hernandez-Swaen joined them. In 2009, David M. Passchier joined the firm as a partner.
